2026 AAAEA Illinois Executive Board Nomination Form (IT & Communication Officer)

This form is to be filed for the position of the Information Technology & Communication Officer on AAAEA executive board. Any candidate or nominee for this office shall be a current Member with good moral character and has been a member in good standing for at least one year. It is the responsibility of the candidate and/or person nominating the candidate to complete the form in its entirety in accordance to AAAEA By-Laws. Failure to meet this requirement will be a ground for exclusion from the election.

According to ARTICLE V –Section 4.A.5 the following is the descriptions and duties of the Information Technology & Communication Officer: “The Information Technology and Communication Committee shall be concerned with the handling, manipulating and presenting of information usually through text, pictures and sounds using a computer and the web for the purpose of AAAEA. This committee shall manage e-mails and other electronic records and shall send out appropriate notices for meetings or other functions of the Association. In addition, the committee shall handle, maintain, and present a fully functioning website.”
